Corona time training
Covid-19 put a lot of restrictions on training.
The current schedule is as follows:
Group 1 – 19:00-19:45
Group 2 – 20:00 – 20:45
Group 3 – 19:00-19:45
Group 4 – 20:00 – 20:45

Covid-19 also puts restrictions on summer training. Now you need to subscribe to the specific dates via this form.
Monday 18:00 – 20:00
During the summer we go Mountain biking in the vicinity of Eindhoven. We gather in front of the sports center (ESSC) Mondays at 6 PM. Be on time, we leave at 6 PM!

Wednesday 18:45 – 20:30
On Wednesday evenings we focus on survivalrunning during the so-called Dimitraining. Lots of running and climbing! No worries if you are inexperienced, everything will be explained. Feel free to join a training session! We train in three groups: Group Z for the beginning terrainers to focus on technique, Group T for the intermediates and Group A for the experienced terrainers.

Monday & Friday 19:00 – 20:30
On Monday and Friday evenings we have an additional survivalrun-training. This training is for those whom want to train more than just once a week and is not meant to be an alternative for the Wednesday.
In the summer vacation the trainers have a few weeks off, but that does not mean we’re closed. All the members from All Terrain can pick a free date and ask if they can organize a training that day.
During the winter Dimitraining we train both inside and outside (either the A,T or Z group inside/outside). Want to know when your group is training where? Head over to isthetrainingoutside.nl. During the winter we stop mountain biking because it gets dark too early. Instead of mountain biking orienteering is organized every few weeks (depends on the spirit and weather).

Aside from the training sessions other activities are organized regularly like climbing, canoeing and bushcraft. Also we often go on weekend where we combine all of these activities, we participate in Survival runs, and other fun runs like the ‘Batavieren Race’.
