Past Events

It's time again for something fun! In this crazy game you are racing against each other and time. How does it work? You get a list of tasks. Your goal is to finish as many as possible in the set time and collect evidence by photo or video that you did so. However, not only quantity counts, also creativity will be rewarded. At the end of the day a jury will judge who performed the best and won this edition of Krezie 88 (or perhaps, Fabulous 44, Sexy 66, but that you will see that Saturday ;-) ).   The game can be played in duo's or individually. Typically, the game is most enjoyable with a companion (so someone can hold the camera and you can help each other work out ideas). Therefore we ask whether it would be possible to you to have someone over and which people you would like as a buddy. However we'll include sufficient tasks that can be done on your own to make it possible to do it by yourself. A selfiestick or tripod could be handy in that case. You don’t need to be in Eindhoven to participate (it could make pairing up easier, though). The program is split up in an active part during the day and a part in the evening, where the results are presented and best photos and videos shared. In between you will have time to travel home and eat. Keep 20.00-21.00 off to see the jury's judgement and the best pics and videos of the day

It is time for the craziest celebration of the year for Lampegat. Carnival is here, which means dressing up, partying, and being sociable just before the Holiday break. During Carnival, we dress up as our true selves! Become a Pirate, a Monk, the Chairman of AT, or anything you desire. Halfway the event, we will all decide who is dressed up the bestest! Of course, this year will be slightly different than normal. But nevertheless, we will still do not want to miss this fun event.   We will hold an online pub crawl on Discord or maybe even in a virtual bar, who knows? Multiple online pubs will be hosted, each comes with its own supplementary drink corresponding to the bar. A total of 4 drinks will be provided by AT* at the costs of max 5 euros (most likely 2 or 3 euros). The bars will serve either alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic beverages depending on your preference. The non-alcoholic beverages will also be worth your while!   What is needed? Dress up, just like for a normal carnival, have a webcam, have your beverages ready to go (preferably cold). Because the Pubs will need to supply beverages the deadline for subscription will be Sunday 7th of February!    You will be notified if you indicate that you are not able to pick up your drink basket beforehand and we will find a custom solution. *Where possible, there are limitations to our "delivery/pickup" service (mainly in range).

We are going mountainbiking again! On 6th February, we will be mountainbiking for a day through a forest, and even over a hill (!) near Eindhoven. We will hire mountainbikes, usually 21.50 euros, now approximately five euros per person due to sponsoring from All Terrain (or free if you have your own mountainbike). We will be cycling in pairs. Due to COVID we unfortunately cannot have an instructor, but the bike trails are not too technical. It will be a lot of fun to ride over even if you have never mountainbiked before! We will be gathering at 0900 at Op Noord, where we will pick up bikes and helmets, and then cycle approximately 35 minutes to the trail. We will be back by approximately 1630. We plan to stop somewhere on the way to have lunch, so bring food and water along with you. We will be cycling for some time so bring enough food- although it is also possible to go back earlier if you are very tired.  Warm sports clothes and gloves are advisable.

As per tradition, the board hosts a pancake evening once a year. During this event, the board will explain all there is to know about being part of the board of All Terrain. If you are thinking about becoming board next year or if you are curious about what the board does, please join us on January 29th at 18.00. Sadly, due to covid, we cannot make any pancakes for you, but we do have some entertainment prepared! Raymond has claimed he can eat 16 pancakes in one sitting and we are going to watch him throw up! Hope to see you there! We will meet in the AT Discord at 18:00 and start cooking. Around 19:00 we'll start with the more interesting part (if you are interested in becoming board). With the current restrictions in place, we had to postphone some of our more offline events for January. Instead we are going to have some online fun! January 15th 20.00 will be the time of another board game night. We are simply going to play some good old fashioned games over the internet. There are a lot of website that aim to provide us with the good stuff in our time of need. Please check in the squares of the games you want to play below, so it is easier to decide on the games we want to play together. Hope to see you in the discord!

Mountainbiking! An outdoor sport we can still enjoy during COVID! On 9th January, we will be mountainbiking for three hours in a forest near Eindhoven. We will hire mountainbikes, usually 17.50 euros, now approximately ten euros per person due to sponsoring from All Terrain (or free if you have your own mountainbike). We will be cycling in pairs. Due to COVID we unfortunately cannot have an instructor, but the bike trails are not too technical. It will be a lot of fun to ride over even if you have never mountainbiked before! We will be gathering at 0900 sharp at Op Noord, where we will pick up bikes and helmets, and will be back by 1245. Warm sports clothes and gloves are advisable.

This year the Christmas Dinner will be slightly different than usual, but the show must go on. We will be doing a part online part offline dinner by dividing across different addresses in Eindhoven. Each group will get a different dish to prepare for everybody and then we will exchange food and enjoy a fun christmas dinner online (with extra secret activities). The Event will be the 18th of December and the deadline to register is the 4th. Let us know is you have a place in Eindhoven where you can cook and host a group of 2-3, any allergies or diet restrictions, if there is one other person you would like to be grouped with and which course you would most like to cook for everyone.

For this (for now) last orienteering event we will do something special. In the evening of the 3rd of December we will do an orienteering run during the night! We will gather at the shed at 19:00 and then bike for a bit to a nice forest. We will do this event in pairs, but you will both get a map so you can keep at a distance. Don't forget to bring a strong flashlight/head lamp!

Our yearly knotting course is coming up once again! If you want to learn how all those skilled All Terrainers are able to create sturdy constructions and obstacles with rope and knots, this is for you! November 23th and November 30th, we will give the course. It starts at 19.00 and ends at 22.30. It is important that you learn these knots, if you want to help set up trainings, so we would love it if you want to join :) The course will be from the comfort of your own home in the AT Discord. Our local experts Guy and Stijn are excited to teach you the ropes! Please subscribe so we know who to expect. The idea is that you join both knotting course time slots to get a complete course in knotting.
