Because in previous years the GMA took a very long time due to comments about the finances, this year there will be a feedback session about this the week prior.   Thursday, the 16th of May (19:00-22:00), there will be a discussion about the finances in order to make the actual GMA more fun and less time-consuming. The documents for this session will be provided a week before.  

This year we will have HOLHOW again! This stands for: The Very Long Ascension-day Outdoor Weekend (it makes more sense in dutch). Not only is this an awesome weekend, it is an extra long weekend. Starting on Thursday and ending on Sunday. The location is in Luxembourg, and it will be full of outdoor activities related to mountains and adventure! The weekend will cost around €120.

Yes, it's time again for a cozy get together! Exams are done, now it's time to get out of your dark study cave and get amongst people. We kick the season of with an easy get together. Bring your games and good mood and we'll bring the snacks and drinks. Costs won't exceed 3 euro and possibly will be nil.

Sunday April 21, the one and only Utrecht survivalrun will take place again! Take on the challenge on the 6km or 9km course with obstacles in and around Utrecht Science Park and Amelisweert. The 6km run is ideal for beginners or inexperienced survivalists, but make no mistake, it's still challenging! You can also run the 9km. (for the 9km, you need to be a member of the SBN)

For the experienced survivalrunners, showoffs or other people, there is another very exciting category you can join this year: The NSK. This year, Utrecht is organizing the national Dutch student survivalrunning championships. Are you a student? And are you a survivalrunner? If so, you too can join this category, and compete to be the best student (or try to finish the course) on the 9km course.

 You can run the Utrecht survivalrun individually, but also in pairs or in a group. In a couple or group you run under the same starting number and you can help each other with obstacles.

Subscription is opened, and still possible until the 7th of april. (unless it is full before. (the NSK will be very popular, so be on time to sign up).

Hey everyone, On Saturday April 13th it's time for the next BOSSO exchange! This time in the wonderful city of Nijmegen, at NSSV FEL!! The training starts at 15.00u and ends at 17.00u.   Are you ready to experience the rush and thrill of being in the Great Outside? Introducing the great outdoor experience: Mountain Biking. In these first outdoor experience session of 2024 we offer a discount special for new people that don’t have a mountainbike! Costs own mountainbike: €0.00 Costs renting a mountainbike: between €10.00 and €20.00 Do you want to try out this new sport? These sessions will cover:

• - Adjusting the mountain bike for your size
• - Postures: basic and more aggressive
• - Techniques for braking, braking with your front wheel, braking with your back wheel, emergency stop
• - Technique for shifting
• - Technique for slaloming and (sharp) curves
• - Do's and Don'ts while mountain biking through routes

  Join us Monday 25th of March at OpNoord Eindhoven, and let's GO conquer the roads together!

On Saturday the 23th of March, our construction will receive some tender loving care.   Coming along to help is a great way to give back to the construction that you use every training, and to catch up with some ATers! Lunch will be provided. It is useful to wear clothes you can climb in the construction with, and don't mind getting a bit dirty. No worries if you have no experience with building or knot-tying, the Parcour Committee is there to supervise.   Please register below so that we know how many people are joining.  

On the 21st of March 2024, the annual ESSF sports gala will take place again! During this gala we will have an award ceremony for the Sportsman, Sportswoman, Sportsteam and Sports Association of the year! Next to this, we will also have an added category for our less fortunate athletes: the Bad-Luck-Duck of the year! Make sure to invite all your members, and we would love to see you all in your prettiest gala dress, or fanciest suit on the 21st! As the winter is almost over AllTerrain will go skiing of snowboarding in Snowworld Landgraaf on the 17th of march. So pack you warm clothes for a last time of winter fun! If you need some help with starting with skiing or snowboarding, let us know, we'll arrange some guidance for you.   If you signup before the 24th of february we will be able to get tickets with discount for €27,50. Afterward the price will go up. You can rent the material there for an extra €16,50. We will leave at the ssc at 10 o'clock. We will be on the snow from 12:00-16:00. And we will be back around 18.00.   The skihall is at -5 so make sure to bring warm enough stuff and a bit waterproof (on the other hand you are moving, so you're typically never really too cold, ski trousers are nice, but for a first time rain trousers typically will do as well). But most important is to bring gloves as those are mandatory!

On the 16th of March, our sister association FEL from Nijmegen organizes the FEL-Kuil-Cross again!

This event is like a triathlon, consisting of trailrunning, mountainbiking and survivalrunning. It will be possible to start in pairs, and maybe even in groups if you ask the organization nicely.

This year is a special edition, because for the first time in a few years, the traditional collaboration with FEL and survivalrunclub 7Hills is back, meaning that there will be 2!! survivalrunning tracks that will be used for the cross.

If you don't have a mountainbike, you can hire one via FEL (25 euro's)
